I don't know what the deal is, but I can't seem to get my ass in gear. I have no motivation what so ever, which is not like me! Usually I am all into it, and then slowly lose the motivation... Needless to say, the simple task of drinking water every day has already gone downhill. I am hoping that going to zumba tonight will wake me up, and snap me out of the daze I am in!
Does anyone know of a personal trainer that will work with me for free..... I WISH!!!
Don't let one bad day ruin your goal. I can't tell you how many times I told myself it was OK to eat another candy bar since I had already eaten one, I might as well. It shouldn't work that way. One bad day shouldn't put you in a slump. I struggle with the water consumption all the time. I try to add lemon, or drink decaf tea which will help sometimes too. I'm not a water drinker.

Thanks! I'm definitely still working on it, I've just been pretty busy lately! I am going to try and update everyone twice a week. Probably going to do Mondays and Thursdays. Come back and check it out!!
